Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the RememberBill Chrome Extension ("Service", "Extension", "RememberBill") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By installing and using RememberBill, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

RememberBill stores all user data locally in your browser and does not transmit any data to external servers except for optional anonymous analytics if you opt in. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

  3. Click "Clear All Data"
  4. Alternatively, uninstalling the Extension will permanently delete all associated data

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and visual elements associated with RememberBill are the property of the creators. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Extension without express permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RememberBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

We may add, remove, or modify features of RememberBill at any time. We will notify users of substantial changes to these Terms through an in-extension banner or release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using RememberBill at any time. We reserve the right to disable access or terminate service in cases of abuse or misuse.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

13. Export Compliance

The Extension may be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Google & Chrome Web Store

These Terms are between you and RememberBill only, not with Google Inc. or the Chrome Web Store. Google is not responsible for the Extension or the content thereof. Google and the Chrome Web Store may have their own terms and policies that also govern your use of their services.
